126 West Newton

Completed in Spring 2018, 126 West Newton was a two unit conversion comprised of a Penthouse Duplex and a Parlor Triplex. This was the third project on this desirable South End street for Renaissance Investments. These units contained high end amenities like security systems, 2 way video intercom, custom kitchens and baths, quartz counter tops, 4' hardwood flooring throughout, compelling outdoor spaces and more. The Parlors were open concept design with with gorgeous crown moldings and gas fireplaces.
